There are signed and well maintained roads to Vainikkala via roads 387 and 388. It is approximately 30 kms from the centre of Lappeenranta to Vainikkala. You will be there in less than half an hour. If you are using the navigation system, select Vainikkala Railway Station as your destination

The parking  lots of Vainikkala Asemaparkki are easy to find on arrival to station and they are marked in the station area guide sign. Long-term contract parking spaces and spaces with heating outlets can be found at lot P2.
